Research - Location Ideas (Narrative)

Narrative is slighty harder to place into a set sort of location because I have two story-lines (the utopia and the dystopia) going on. However, I have decided that I'm going to base a fair amount of the utopia outside, in parks / benches / fields because the open space looks better on camera than my house, and it eliminates any major lighting issues as I will use natural light. Also, by having the cheerful narrative set outside, it connotes the idea of freedom, both within a relationship and mentally. Within my narrative, I recognise that I need some indoor shots to add realism, for which I am going to use simply coloured rooms so as not to detract from the action. The simple colored rooms could also show a lack of emotion between the protagonists. Luckily for me, a lot of the rooms in my house are plain colored, so I can easily do this.
