Planning - Performance Shoot

Tuesday is my performance shoot; so I looked up weather for the day. Unfortuately, it looks to be quite cloudy, with a slight chance of rain. If this is the case, I will need to rethink my locations, and will most probably have to film in a room with a plain background and use props such as candles to add an atmoshere, or use an umbrella to protect the filming equipment. However, hopefully, because we're filming at the warmest point of the day it'll be fine. I have provided Ben with lyrics and a chord sheet as well as a copy of the Prop List. Tonight I'll devise a time schedule all ready for Tuesday.
