Planning - Performance Shoot Date Planned

I have agreed with Ben to film his performance next Sunday, this way the location's will be a lot quieter and we'll have the whole day before it gets dark outside. Tomorrow, I'm bringing him in the chords and the lyrics, as well as the mp3 of the track so that he can fully learn the song by the set date; allowing for my synchronisation to hopefully be spot on. By filming both elements of my piece early on it allows me more time to edit and make sure everything looks exactly how I want. It also gives me time to re-shoot any needed footage.
